Lorna G. Puntillo, CEO, has worked over 30 years in the fields of Environmental, Health and Safety in the private and private sector. Working with hundreds of businesses, industries, and local, state and federal agencies. A retired veteran of the United States Air Force, Ms. Puntillo started her career as a Bioenvironmental Engineering Specialist (1989) and still holds a deep commitment to serving our nation’s current military force and supporting her fellow veterans and their families with employment opportunities. Ms. Puntillo has held many prestigious positions to include her appointment by the Governor of Iowa as an Environmental Protection Commissioner. Ms. Puntillo is passionate about the protection of the workforce as well as preservation of our vital resources. She believes that through understanding regulations and obstacles we are faced with, we can find a meaningful and cost-effective solutions.

Jody D. Brown, President, is an experienced Environmental and Occupational Safety and Health (industrial) Professional with 29 years with a proven track record of protecting employee's health in the workplace by creating and implementing programs, policies and procedures to measure and reduce employee's exposure to physical, Chemical, biological and ergonomic stress factors, diverse industrial and environmental background in Health, Safety and engineering fields derived from conducting domestic and global operations in 16 Countries spanning 3 Continents. Mr. Brown is skilled in managing risk upon multiple lines to protect assets, property and equipment valued over S20M while meeting the expectations of senior leadership. Mr. Brown possesses extensive knowledge in Strategic Planning, Budget Management, Training and Development. Mr. Brown has reviewed and approved thousands of construction/development/restoration projects. Through various programs and in partnerships with industry, Mr. Brown has been instrumental in safeguarding natural resources wherever there is the potential to pollute our air and water, including inspecting domestic wastewater treatment plants, petroleum storage tank facilities, and industrial and commercial businesses. Mr. Brown Manages projects from planning through delivery. As the Liaison between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost and meeting plans are communicated.

Michael S. Dodd
Senior Environmental and Occupational Safety and Health Specialist

Michael S. Dodd, Senior Environmental and Occupational Safety and Health Specialist. Mr. Dodd’s career has spanned 20 years within Environmental & Occupational Safety and Health for the United States Air Force. During this time, he served as the Occupational and Environmental Health Manager for large teams supporting 18,000 personnel across 11 military installations in the U.S and 8 military installations outside of the U.S. advising citizens and foreign nation forces. Extensively producing quality environmental, safety, and health programs for both routine industrial projects and new emerging technologies. His specialized experience includes vulnerability assessments, Radiation Safety Officer, Laser Safety Lead, and Assistant Director of the Crisis Action Team. Mr. Dodd was appointed as Managing Member Plans & Programs while serving at Buckley Air Force Base, Colorado. A role specifically reserved for Nuclear and Missile Operations Officers. In this role, he quickly established continuity of operations to ensure emergency response preparedness across 26 geographically separated organizations. Additionally, overseeing compliance and programmatic development of security protocols for personnel, cyber, and military specific operations. While mandating chemical weapons convention international treaty compliance, he was tested and evaluated by five major commands as superior in performance. Mr. Dodd has a passion for developments that lead to increased efficiency, team effectiveness, and reliability.

Sherri A. Sternbach

Sherri A. Sternbach, Executive Assistant, to the CEO and President of ACTE2S. Mrs. Sternbach is an Air Force veteran and an accomplished Healthcare Manager with over 20 years of experience. With her high degree of leadership/organizational skills, coupled with her team work mentality she led a medical treatment clinic in receiving a National Patient Care accreditation while working as a Medical Claims Specialist. Ms. Sternbach has managed multi-million dollar facilities, budgets, contracts and management implementation for the daily operation of one of the largest military medical facilities in Colorado. Customer focused, enthusiastic leader who works through touch issues and quickly gets results. An experienced Executive Assistant that manages/maintains corporate schedules, appointments, training requirements and travel arrangements for a multi-million dollar a year corporation.
